bike blog?

I figured this might help me 2 fold. a) A bike blog would help me track progress and share my adventures, b) this might get me blogging on a regular basis again.

so what better time than to track my riding adventures while in Mississippi.

i rode around 8 miles yesterday not wanting to push my self on unfamiliar turf...

the ride was gorgeous, lots of trees and lots of green, the way Mississippi always is.

i started out around the neighborhood behind the house and passed the pond  then i headed out to one of the bigger roads a few blocks away. (don't worry i know it looks like a large road but it practically goes nowhere and like 10 cars passed me the whole time)

unfortunately, when i was about a mile from home i had a flat (walk of shame = not fun) but now i have a new tube, and a spare, and am ready to ride with my dad tomorrow if the rain lets up in the morning. :)

Back by popular demand...

...literally,  a couple of y'all have been pestering me, so here it is, another blog! i know i've been behind, but that happens when you have classes scheduled 6 days a week...

but other than the weird schedule classes are going great! i'm really loving animating! i'll post some of them somewhere on the intertubes...maybe youtube or some animation site, either way i'll post a link here, and for those who follow this on Facebook , don't worry you'll get a link to :)

so in other news I have a twitter account... *gasp* what? nooo! say it isn't so! have you crossed over to the dark side?  don't feel bad i had those thoughts run through my mind when i finished signing up...

WEEEEEE first week of school!

woo first week of the spring 2011 semester is underway!  My classes seem new and exciting....(ask me how i feel about them in may...lol)  And i figured out that after this semester i'm 2 classes short of an associates w00t w00t!! now to figure out what to do for a major and get ready for UTA  wow not even a month in and already an exciting year!!

 So how about you? is there anything you're excited about this year?

ok so i've been thinking about it, i need to quit eating out, i especially need to quit eating at school,

to encourage more eating at home i'm gonna try experimenting with new foods, making twists on classics, anything to avoid the same boring meals...

i might post any recipes i come up with on here and any ideas are welcomed...

and this post marks this blog getting back on track with weekly updates i'm not gonna specify a day so no more pestering me to post, this means you Toothpic and Jester...

any way the new semester starts tuesday and with it comes probably the weirdest schedule i've probably ever had...but, nothing i can't handle...
